Hi guys i need help,
I had this document that in one sheet(1) it will be used time to time because of the months that past by. In the other sheet(2), the data there always change based on the months but Sheet(1)'s formulas are based on the Sheet(2)' data. The problem is i need to minimize the worksheet's file size that is why i'll just delete data in sheet(2) then replaced it with the current ones that i needed, but before i erase the data in sheet(2) i must first copy and save to values all data in Sheet(1) then create again a formula. Is there anyway that i can speed up this routine?Maybe in just one click the whole column will be saved as values.
Thanks a lot...;)

Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
Record a macro of all the steps you do and paste the code here. Then explain what part of the macro you want to change.
