VBA conditional Formatting

Good afternoon. I need to have rows filled based off Order Number as follows:

I can do this with conditional formatting but would like to execute in VBA.

You could have gone either way, since it was a directly related follow-up to the original.
Typically, if it is a brand new question, you would want to start a new thread.
But either way, you just want to pick one or the other, not both,.
