VBA-Conditional formatting

Hi, i have 3 worksheets ("Master", "Sheet2" and "Sheet3"). I want to compare Sheet2 and 3, if there is no match in string then flag in Master which string is effect by formatting the cell RED. So in the below example it would be NHGFT since this is not in Sheet3.

After sending demo, I noticed some preliminary cell-filling on Sheet3 - Columns
H - O; Disregard these - I should have cleared them from Sheet3.
