VBA Convert Excel Data File in to Database format

Sir,
Actually I wanted to convert the excel data file in to a Database as bellow

Roll No Course Code Name of Student Fathers name Sex College Code

but the above said fields are in random rows and collumns in excel Now i want to convert the give excel seet in to a database format. I have a file to attach for your kind.

What version of Excel are you using?
