Hi,

Is it possible to copy a cell from Excel and paste in Powerpoint as text into a certain position on a slide of a presentation already created using VBA? I have been able to paste it as an object, but if possible I need to be able to paste it as text.

I'm not sure what other info you'd need from me?

Thanks
Josh

Hi Josh,
try this as code in a PPT module
VBA Code:
Sub text()
ActivePresentation.Slides(1).Shapes("Title").TextFrame.TextRange.Text = GetObject("C:\Path\WorkBook.xlsx").sheets(1).Cells(1, 1)
End Sub

Have fun!
