How to I copy and insert a specific row below the original x amount of times where x is a number?

    Dim myRow As Long, newRowCount As Long
    myRow = 23
    newRowCount = 14
    With Rows(myRow)
        .Copy
        .Offset(1).Resize(newRowCount).Insert
    End With
End Sub
Change values to suit, myRow is the one you want to copy, newRowCount is how many times you want to copy it.
