VBA Copy sheet2 and paste into next free row on sheet 2

Hi Guys

I'm so new at VBA its ridiculous, hopefully though someone can help,

I am looking for a code that will run in sheet 1 , it will go to sheet 2 ( of same workbook) copy the populated rolls( excluding row 1 as its the header) and then paste it into the next available row in sheet 1 and save .

I know its a lot to ask, any assistance at all would be greatly appreciated,
