Hello

I have to search a range and find all cells that contain numbers. Is there a way to phrase this in VBA?

Thanks

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Code:
Dim myRange as Range

On Error Resume Next
With Selection
    Set myRange = .SpecialCells(xlCellTypeConstants, xlNumbers)
    Set myRange = .SpecialCells(xlCellTypeFormulas, xlNumbers)
    Set myRange = Application.Union(myRange, .SpecialCells(xlCellTypeConstants, xlNumbers))
End With
On Error Goto 0

If myRange Is Nothing Then
msgBox "no numbers in Selected Cells"
Else
    MsgBox "Numbers in " & myRange.Address
End If
