first of all i got to say, you and excelisfun have Taught me alot....

i wonder if you can help me ?

i have a list of customers that i need to get in touch with by phone
so i created a macro that extract data from a table (name, compeny, phone number etc.) to a different sheet
and after i make the call i need to write down a status (agreed, refused, no answer, call back...)
and then the macro takes the result to a third sheet and adding the date and time...
i cant find the way to extract back the "call back" and "no answer" records so I will be able to call them back

please help
