Vba for excel line chart tool tip from different cell

Pls help in finding a VBA for changing tool tip values which shows up in excel line chart when mouse is rolled over line chart data point,

I have a line chart which has 4 lines in it, I need to show values from different cells when mouse gets rolled over data points of line chart, ie customizing tool tip values.
