VBA for Subtraction between two worksheets

Hi,
I have a monthly revenue report, and every month i receive a new revenue report. Im looking for a vba to subtract January to December revenue between those two worksheets.
Range:
A2 to N77.
Month range: E2 to N77

I want the results in a new sheet/tab.

How to change case of text in Excel?
