Hi All,
I have created a SS that tracks transport movements.
The sheet marked "KPIData" holds all of the source information.
Can someone please provide me with some guidance with designing a form that will emulate the sheet marked "Load Authorisation" that will:
  • display the pertinent information as currently on the "Load Authorisation" tab.
  • AND write back the additonal information from the tan fields to the corresponding line with in the "KPIData".
    • Chep pallets - "Load Authorisation" cloumn K to "KPIData" column T
    • Loscam pallets - "Load Authorisation" cloumn L to "KPIData" column U
    • Crate adjustment - "Load Authorisation" columns R & U to "KPIData" columns I and P
    • Pallet Adjustments - "Load Authorisation" coulmns S & V to "KPIData" columns J and Q
At present the "Load Number" is derived from "Menu!F9" which I have used the OFFSET function to extract information to the "Load Authorisation" tab.

Am I on the right track here? Can the form be incorporated to the "Load Authorisation" tab or does a complete form need to be made?

How can I attach the workbook in question????
