What is the code to change formulas to the actual value? I want to do that before I save the sheet. Here is what I am doing.

Application.ScreenUpdating = False
With Sheets("TimeList")
.Copy After:=Sheets(3)
.Range("A6:G30").ClearContents
End With
Sheets("TimeList (2)").Name = Format(Date, "mm-dd-yy")
Application.ScreenUpdating = True

Thank you.
