I have the following code
VBA Code:
.Range("aN4").formula = "=MAX(IF((C3:C" & rownumber & "=$Aj$4), F$3:F" & rownumber & "))"

However this generates : =MAX(IF((@C3:C30=$AJ$4), F$3:F30))
It doesn't work unless I manually remove the symbol. Is there a way to stop it?

Excel Facts

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.
Try:
Rich (BB code):
.Range("aN4").formula2 = "=MAX(IF((C3:C" & rownumber & "=$Aj$4), F$3:F" & rownumber & "))"
