VBA HELP: Arrange text parallel to numbers

dear VBA gurus,
Im having the values on the Column A and having database of 10,000 records & more even sometimes..i need to rearrange the design name of the following in another column and to be arranged parallel to the numbers as per shown at the last.Finally,Remove the initial design name rows.It is repeating job every month that i have to do manually to rearrange the design names parallel to the numbers and delete the initial design name rows.I thought macro would do job in seconds to save my time.But my bad time,I dont have knowledge on VBA.So,i seek you VBA gurus to get answer
