Did you record another macro according to the steps you just mentioned?

If you tried to use the first code you recorded your results will be different.

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.

Nevermind, it's fixed. As I went to copy and paste the two different macros, it told me that Macros were disabled.

Is there a way to permanently enable them?

Sure goto Tools-->Marco-->Security-->Set it to Low (only recommended if you have a virus scan program enabled).

If you're in Excel 2007 hit the Office icon, then I believe the macro security options are under Excel Options.

Thanks for all your help!

I've heard this before, about security problems -- but really, what can come of this?

Provided you have a virus scan program enabled, nothing really.

As for adding multiple macros, you can just put another one in the same module that you recorded the original in if you're writing it yourself, or record new ones.
