How do I write this simple code for VBA?

If ws2.Cells(32, 4) = 0 then change to 1

Slight change

If ws2.Cells(32, 4) = something in the cell, then change to " " (blank)

So you always want the cell to be blank? If not, what is this "something" you are testing?

Mistake, this is what need in code format...

IF ws2.Cells(18, 11) = ws1.Cells(1, 1) then clear ws2.Cells(18, 11)
