VBA: Need Help Activating Sheets from Listbox(Sheet Names)

Greetings,

I have a form that i've created that populates with the sheet names once the form is shown. I need help with once a sheet name is selected. I would like to activate the sheet once ok is pressed. not sure how to refer to the names in vBA
