VBA Not working...

Below is my code, I am wanting it to check a1 for your company order #, if it is there delete it. When I run it nothing happens... Any ideas?

For Each Cell In Range("A1")
If Cell.Value <> "Your Company Order #" Then Rows("1:1").Delete
Next
