VBA password

How do I add a password to VBA, so no one would be able to change the macro password?

From VBA Editor;
Click Tools, VBA Properties...
Click Protection Tab

Make selections there.

How does this protect? I am trying to protect the macro's so no one would be able to change or view any of the macros.

Save, close, then reopen the workbook to get results.
