I have a formula I want to paste into every BLANK cell in column H

The formula is as follows
=IF(B11>0,INDEX(REPORT!A:B,MATCH(CONCATENATE("Char #",B11),REPORT!A:A,0)+1,2),"")

I do not want it to overwrite cells in column H if something already exists

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
