VBA: Pivot Table

I need to create a Pivot Table using VBA. I attached a picture of sample data and the desired output. My actual spreadsheet has 40 columns but a variable number of rows.

Filter: Position Status = Active
Rows: Location Code & Home Department Code

That is the entire Pivot Table I need.

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
