VBA postback input tag

After searching internet for a few days, I still cannot figure out how to fire event to enter data into input box. How can VBA fire the submit to assign value to the input box? I have included pertinent html code but not all. If more info is needed, pls ask Unsuccessful VBA:

When I run the first line VBA below, the 55 appears in the input box (for visual effect only since it is not "submitted") but after the 2nd line is run, I get an error
"•The value 'false ',true' is not valid for IsChange."

I think the answer has something to do with this code below but it appears I don't have the right syntax to submit the proper parameters to get the 55 value to be accepted.
