Hi,

I know how to import data from a PDF to excel - I was wondering if it was possible to extract a single datapoint rather than load the whole thing to a sheet.

For example, A8 (or so) contains a timestamp (once the pdf is imported to a sheet) - is it possible to obtain that value and have it as a variable within VBA without importing the entire sheets worth of data? Just wondering for data-validation purposes in a multi-user workbook (multiple users all performing the same action at once might get complicated in terms of import-sheet management)

thanks

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
