Hi..

I dont know is this possible or not... can any one help in this.

Iam usinf SAP accounting pakage. and when ever i enter an sales order and save if the sales order of the customer exceeds his credit limit then i get a mesege saying that he exceeded the credit limit and in the status bar of SAP shows me the sales order no.

now i have a list of customers with sales person responsibble for each customer and his e-mail IDs also.

is it possible to create a macro to automatically send a mail to that respective sales person saying that customer code, name with sales order number that has blocked.

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
I would suggest it would be easier to run this as an export from SAP... if i remember correctly its a database somewhat like Orcale.

Perhaps you could export the customer name credit limit and outstanding balance into a CSV or excel file... then it wouldn't be that hard to do what you want to do. But without having the data in a format excel can read, you would have to query the database itself, and im not sure how you would go about that in SAP, or even if your companies IT would allow you to do that.
