Is it possible to instruct a VBA sub to search all columns AA and AB in all excel files in a specific folder?

Could someone point me in the direction of the syntax?

Thanks a lot

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
Use a Dir function loop to open each file in the folder. See the VBA help or search this forum for examples.

Use the macro recorder to generate code and see the syntax for opening a workbook (File - Open) and searching columns.
