Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
The values in text boxes are stings. Change them to numbers first using functions or doing calculations with them.

This should work:

TextBox3.Value = 1 * TextBox1.Value + 1 * TextBox2.Value / 100
