VBA to check if date has passed

Hello All

is there any VBA code to check if a date has passed,
Lets say i have a fixed date in cell A1 = 24/09/4014 06:59

and NOW() = 25/09/4014 06:27 then run the macro other wise

MsgBox "Sorry, You can't run the macro because the date has not reached cell A1"
Exit Sub


please help

Try this as the first executable statement in your code...
