VBA to convert Salesforce Timesheet Data Dump to SAP Upload

Hi, Having trouble find a way to automatically convert and export from SF data, to a format where is can be uploaded to SAP. We have OT rates between 19:00 and 07:00. Not sure anyone will help out, but worth the question. Thanks if you do - from NZ

I have an image below. The top table is what SF spits out, and we have to manually change in order to get it in the right format to load into SAP
