VBA to Give Msg box when cell value is greater or equal to current time

I want a VBA code to display msg box when a cell value is reached to current time.

you have to put this inside the module of the sheet where the cell being watched is

Private Sub Worksheet_SelectionChange(ByVal Target As Range)
  If Range("CellToWatch").Value >= Now Then MsgBox ("Your Message Here")
End Sub
