VBA to Insert Rows btwn 2 Ranges

Hello!

I need assistance in moving a Named Range to insert yet another Named Range before the 1st Range.

Would I use Offset or Resize or a combo of both.

Thanks so much for your guidance.

Hi All,

Does anyone have advice on this thread? I am stumped. I have recorded a macro, but I just cannot get it. I also ordered 2007 power programming, but it is stil in the mail.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
