Vba to save workbook in C:\Myfiles folder from given link:

Hi, I have for example link called http://www.example.com/Files/class-attendance-monthly.xls
can vba save this workbook to my desired location [C:\Myfiles ]?

Please help me with this.

That is one example but is there a way to actually upload it it to website?
