Vba to set print margins for one sheet

Hi there
My excel format is set up in cm and a4 paper size
I have one sheet called "Minutes"
I have a icon button to print this sheet
How do I:
a. On starting this file set page margins and footer for that sheet
b. When printing sheet ensure that margins are set before printing
I would like all margins to be 2.5cm and header and footer to be 1cm
