VBA Update Links Off

I'm opening about 10 different files and they are all formatted exactly the same code wise, and all have links to another file in them. For whatever reason, only about 3 of them prompt me the with message about updating the links and asking me to continue. At the end of my open file code i have UpdateLinks:=0

What am I doing wrong?

Workbooks.Open Filename:="...\FHR to SUB\Link.xlsx", UpdateLinks:=0

Try False instead of 0

I tried False, and it still does it on a few files is there another way or a setting I'm missing?
