VBA - xltoright and clear cells

Hi guys, I am trying to clear a variable size range by using the code:

Workbooks("stochastic model.xlsm").Sheets("model").Range("B2", Range("B2").End(xlToRight)).Select
Selection.ClearContents

based on microsoft website e.g. How to select ranges using Visual Basic for Applications (novice examples)

but it's not working. What am I doing wrong? Cheers.

sorry I could have been clearer. I get a run-time error 1004 - application defined or object defined error.

I presume the syntax isn’t quite right?
