I have a query to do with the vertex42 Gantt chart file and am trying to get an answer but with no joy - the last I've tried is nexus@vertex42.com - come back as undeliverable - how do I get a question answered - blog never worked either.

You could try the Facebook or Twitter feeds to let them know having contact issues.
