Very COMPLEX lists dependant on each other...

Hi guys, I need help.
I need to build a sequence of look up tables which are all interlinked. They will be accessed through multiple Data Validation list on the main page, so will be need to remain unedited.
Here is a sample of the data I am trying to interlink through indirect lists.
