Viewing on a projector

Hi guys,

I have a spreadsheet where the data does can not be viewed at once i.e need to scroll down

The problem i have is that i need to view the whole sheet on the projector screen all at once

can you guys give some tips on how to fit everything where i can view it all at once. If i make the screen page smaller you can hardly see the data

I also have the same problem on another sheet

is there a way i can view both pages on one screen at once

please advise and give some tips

1. Stand closer to the screen
2. Buy a bigger screen
3. Use binoculars
