I understand that sparklines can do something like this, but I think it needs a range instead of individual cell values, for it to work properly. Also not sure if sparklines can work with vertical merged cells.

The following picture show how I want a bar graph to represent the value and its column name within the cell (s) above itself. Can this be done ? You can see I just averaged the value amounts visually. Maybe find the MAX value of all the cells to base the highest peak to scale the rest of the lower values on ?

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
Maybe the only way is to create a full table bar chart, and size each column until its the same width as the cells, then physically drag the chart into the area and try and line it up, so it appears to be line up with the cell names. and values ?

My Column Widths are 7, and I overlaid / dragged a bar chart with background fill and outline set to nothing, and made the width 7.85" wide which seemed to make the bars appear to fit within the cell guidelines. Maybe not perfect but appears to fit. Would like a perfect solution if one still can be done.
