Team,
Need your help in correcting the below formula.

So here if the result in Column I3 is negative, I want ABS to convert it to positive.
If the number in I3 is positive, then let it continue the same way - (I3 * 1)

=if(VLOOKUP(G3,Table6[[Refrence]:[Total Pending]],9,0),<0,ABS(i3),(i3*1))

Please advise the correct formula for this action.

F.Y.I - I will be using this formula on Office 365 and Excel 2019

Thanks,

maybe enough will be
=--ABS(VLOOKUP(G3,Table6[[Refrence]:[Total Pending]],9,0))
and additionally you can use IFERROR()

Not a big deal but if sandy666's formula gives you what you want, then so should this which doesn't require the extra two calculations caused by the "--" at the start.

Excel Formula:
=ABS(VLOOKUP(G3,Table6[[Refrence]:[Total pending]],9,0))
