vlookuop and double lookup_value? is it possible

Hi,

Witha vlookup we get to specify what the lookup value is, but is it possible to have two lokup value with the AND() addition to the formulae

eg. vlookup(and(1st value, 2nd value), ...etc

is tat possible..

\I've tried but failed...

iv'e got one criteria being ID, second being YR...
