vlookup compare 2 fields

i have two files that i need to compare data. the files have two common fields that need to match. i think i need to use vlookup but am not sure.the fields that are important are loan number and line of business.can anyone give me an example of using vlookup for more than one field?

Sumproduct might work for you:
