Vlookup,hlookup,count,esript.etc

I have two sheets .
I want if i enter value 2 it go in another sheet and check what data is written under head of 2,.....
e.g

2 3 4 5 6
3 2 4
3 2 4
3 1
4 1
1 1
1

Answer for 2 would be like (3)3",(1)4",(2)1"
Answer for 3 would be like (2)2",(3)1",
I need any type of formula or script etc.
Please respond ASAP.
