VLOOKUP : Multi Condition

Hello,

Can you please help me in formula to VLOOKUP based on multi condition.

Condition: Col A should match with Col E and if Col B(name) matches in Column G then I should get Yes else No

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
How about
Excel Formula:
=IF(AND(COUNTIFS(E:E,A2),COUNTIFS(G:G,B2)),"Yes","No")
