vlookup not updating

Hi

On one sheet, I have a vlookup that looks for a value on another sheet and then should find that value on a third sheet and return the second column. At first it looked like it wasn't working, but actually, if I edit the formula (f2) and then just enter, it updates correctly. So it works but doesn't update.

Any ideas on how to solve this.

Thank you
David

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand

First, have a look in Tools|Options|Calculation and ensure 'Automatic' is selected.

Setting

Hi Peter

I should have said that I have checked automoatic updates and it is set to update automatically. Also, just pressing F9 to update on the formula cell does not update it.

Thanks David
