Vlookup or Match with VBA Code

I am trying to do a lookup on a sheet called Data, the range is called mainemail. The range has 3 columns 1st is variable that I am looking up, 2nd is company name and 3rd is email address.

I am using a userform with the 1st variable already there. What I want to do is when they select that variable. It finds the email address that corresponds to that and saves it to a varialble called email2.

I just can not seem to get this to work for some reason.

Any suggestions?
