vlookup problem

Hi All ok I have this =IFERROR(VLOOKUP(BA7,$BS$4:$BT$13,2),"")and it is set up like this<o></o>
BS BT<o></o>

d*d*d*<o></o>​	420<o></o>​
d*d*d<o></o>​	400<o></o>​
d*dd<o></o>​	380<o></o>​
ddd<o></o>​	360<o></o>​
ddm<o></o>​	320<o></o>​
dmm<o></o>​	280<o></o>​
mmm<o></o>​	240<o></o>​
mmp<o></o>​	200<o></o>​
mpp<o></o>​	160<o></o>​
ppp<o></o>​	120<o></o>​

The problem is when I have d*d*d* it will not show 420 butshows 400.<o></o>
Any ideas? All help appreciated Colin X<o></o>

please note the BS is one column and the BT is the other column
