Is it possible to have a VLOOKUP statement return the value that is directly below a specific cell?

I have data that produces a file that has data that wraps to a second row. I need to be able to VLOOKUP on a value in column B and return the value that is one cell below the value in column H.

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
You need Index Match instead of vlookup..

Try

=INDEX(H:H,MATCH(value, B:B,0)+1)

Hope that helps.

Would I still be able to use the existing named ranges that exist on the sheet which contains the desired result? I now understand after testing your suggestion. I just need to create a new named range that related to both columns H and B.
