Hi All:

I'm using the following code to retrieve data from a worksheet whose name partly changes daily. For example today it is named ki_0701. tomorrow it will be ki_0702, etc. I put the 0701, or 0702 in cell L4 and the code goes to ki_0701 or ki_0702 and pulls the data from cell c7.

=INDIRECT("KI_"&$L$4&"!c7")

I'd like to use vlookup the same way in that I want to easily change the name of the worksheet it refers to. I can't use the above code, as the needed data isn't always in the same place.

How can I do this? Would Sumproduct be a better idea?

Thanks.
