Trying to get data from a separate workbook. Source data contains number of calls and time spent on calls by individual users daily. I need the data for each user to pull into the destination spreadsheet for each day.
Fingers crossed that someone can help me. Thank You!

Excel Joke
Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!
Cn you elaborate on your problem description a little? For example, what is unique about the date/agent name information in each row that would allow you to use VLOOKUP? Do you need to sum the number of calls and times?
As presented it looks like, for example in the ACD call column in the destination, a simple formula such as ='SourceData'!C2 would work to get the 0 from the source to the destination.
